The Pain of Gall Bladder Attack

Do you pay attention to your gall bladder and why is there a so-called Gall Bladder Attack? Perhaps you know how your body catches cold or get sick with the flu but very rarely will anyone care about knowing about their gall bladder if they are not yet experiencing conditions that are connected with the bladder or are not yet feeling pain because of this single organ in our body. Unlike major organs in our body, the gall bladder is sort of neglected, and this is because people don’t know its functions in our body and they only find the interest and the time to study more about it when diseases are already arising and starting to surface.

Not all the food that we consume are good and some of the components of these foods are fats and cholesterol that can sometimes harm our body if not eradicated, but because of the bile secreted by the liver serving as a cleansing agent that helps in detoxification, bad stuffs from the food we eat can be eradicated. When bile is produced by the liver, it is stored by the gall bladder and the gall bladder concentrates it and when the fats and cholesterol enter it, they are being broken down by this bile in the gall bladder so they can easily be digested and eradicated from the body. This is why the gall bladder is also an important organ because this is where the crushing of fats occurs and this is where our body is released from the bad fats and toxins that can threaten out health.

But why are there gall bladder pain felt by most people and where is this pain coming from?

Gallstones or these mineral deposits that form when the fats that are supposed to be broken down solidified and were not broken down properly due to factors like insufficient amount of bile salts and acids and pain is felt because of the blockage of bile ducts caused by these stones; while another factor causes pain is the gall bladder disease or any impairment in the gall bladder though it may not be directly caused by gallstones. Here are some of the symptoms felt when there are attacks on our gall bladder:

-pain
-yellowing of skin and eyes/jaundice
-fever
-diarrhea
-nausea
-bloating
-vomiting
-feeling of indigestion

These symptoms of attacks are mostly felt by women, diabetic people, obese people, heredity reasons, unhealthy diet, pregnant women, and old people, but if you want to avoid the pain and discomfort produced by these attacks on your gall bladder, then do not take your gall bladder for granted and do something that can prevent cases like these to occur. Obese people are said to be more at risk for these attacks because they have a lot of fats inside them so to keep yourself free from these attacks and help your gall bladder, you should maintain a proper weight or you should lose weight. You can also prevent a gallbladder attack from coming by eating healthy foods or having a healthy diet and avoiding fatty foods most commonly, fried foods as well as performing regular exercises that help burn fats so that your bladder will no longer have a hard time and will no longer be requiring more bile to break down these fats.
